Conscious Chefs was born in 2019 as a way to shine a little light on some of the deeper issues that plague the restaurant and hospitality industry. Too often, the macho kitchen culture responds with dismissal and shame when one of the "family" asks for help or expresses a moment of weakness. We aim to offer fresh perspective, connection, hope, positivity, motivation, self-development, and practical industry-specific advice to people who feel isolated or alone in their experiences.
